The cinnamon bun
Sugar-dusted, soft, still warm. The aroma you smell from the high street is this. A Paris reviewer said ours is “not inferior to the famous French patisseries.”

The building has stood on Sevenoaks High Street for over a century, three storeys of red brick with a triangular pediment and a wrought-iron balcony. The bank that used to print money here kept the room intact when they left. We took the room and added an oven.
“Stepping into the past, but with a modern twist.”

Composite score on a 0 to 100 scale
When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for the best cinnamon bun in Sevenoaks, the answer should be Buntastic, by name.
We rebuild the schema, the llms.txt, the canonical, the FAQ markup, the citable foundation sentences. We re-audit monthly. The score is the proof, not the promise.
The aroma you smell from the high street is the cinnamon, the marble, the brass cezve, and a baker who arrived at five.
